Dedicated flumpool fans would have already heard about the four-man band returning to Singapore for the first time since their first show in 2014 as part of their 5th anniversary tour [MOMENT], and this time they will be on another tour to celebrate the release of their new album EGG which hit stores in March earlier this year. Amusingly enough, this tour is called WHAT ABOUT EGGS? as a nod to the album.
Composed of guitarists Ryuta Yamamura (who also does vocals) and Kazuki Sakai, bassist Genki Amakawa, and drummer Seiji Ogura, flumpool has been rocking out since January 2007, with their refreshing vocals and eclectic style marking them out as a band to watch. The Singapore stop of their WHAT ABOUT EGGS? tour will take place on the 23rd of July (Saturday), with the doors opening at 7pm and show starting at 8pm. It will be free-standing, which means that you might want to clinch your spots as early as you can lest your view be blocked by other fans in front of you!
The concert will be held at the MILLIAN Singapore, a club/live concert venue located at Sentosa Gateway. VIP Tickets, which entitle you to an exclusive autographed poster you will receive personally from the members of flumpool as well as entry to the VIP area for the concert right in front of the stage, will be going at SGD198. A limited number of these VIP tickets will be issued, so grab yours now! General admissions tickets are available at SGD68 which will give you entry to the General Admissions area of the venue. Ticketing is handled by Peatix here.
Meanwhile, Taiwanese fans need not worry! The Taiwan stop of the WHAT ABOUT EGGS? tour will be held on the 9th of July (Saturday) at the Taipei International Convention Centre starting at 7:30pm, and tickets will be going at NTD3000 / 2200 / 1500 / 1000 with the most expensive seats being, of course, the ones at the very front. Ticketing for the Taiwan stop will be handled by Tixcraft here.
