The currently running Japanese webcomic by One which has captured the minds of over 60,000 readers on a daily basis was slated to have an anime adaptation earlier this year. Now, One-Punch Man’s anime adaptation has an official air date.
One-Punch Man will start airing on TV Tokyo and Nico Nico Douga on 4 October 2015. It will then be televised on TV Osaka and TVQ Kyushu Broadcasting the next day while 6 October will see its broadcast on KBS and BS Japan.
In the latest preview, the opening theme song which is performed by JAM PROJECT was also played. Characters with their corresponding voice actors were also shown in the video. Shingo Natsume (Space Dandy) is helming the series while Chikashi Kubota (Shikabane Hime: Kuro) worked on the character designs.

With a stellar cast joining the line-up, awesome animation from the trailer and the rocking theme song, One-Punch Man is set to be a promising anime adaptation! Perhaps fans might get to see more of the quirky villains who have appeared in the manga but yet to show up in the anime adaptation!
