SEGA Plans To Make Phantasy Star Online 2 For The PS4

First, was the computer game, then the Playstation Vita game, the iPhone and Android game, followed by the anime announcement. This time, the highly popular MMORPG Phantasy Star Online 2 is headed for a release on the PlayStation 4

Phantasy Star Online 2′s twitter account made the announcement on the 16th August, as part of Phantasy Star Online’s Fifteenth Anniversary Project,  that the online service for the PS4 version is to begin in 2016. The tweet also confirms that a playable PS4 edition of PSO2 will be exhibited in the Tokyo Game Show 2015 this year.

Translation:

 [PSO Broadcast Station, 34th Broadcast!!] PSO 15th Anniversary Commemoration Project 10th Stage! The RPG which surpassed all bounds, PSO2, will have a PS4 Edition which is planned to start its service on the new platform in 2016! It will also be made playable during the TGS2015 exhibition!
